Hi listeners! It’s me, Sarah. I needed to get out of the basement for a bit, so I decided to podcast on the go today from one of my favourite places of all time: the forest!

There is nothing like a hike in the woods to take a little break. It’s amazing, beautiful, serene, ancient, and 100% Kyle free.

Forests are incredible. And not just because they let you take social distancing to the next level. They are literally ecological wonders; they are immensely complex living worlds that prevent soil erosion, provide home to thousands of different species and of course they absorb carbon to help cool the world down.

Join me in this episode as I explore what role forests play in our fight against climate change. We’ll also get into sustainable forestry and the best ways we can conserve these incredible ecosystems.
